So it’s late in the morning on a Sunday and last night you were partying like an animal. You are extremely tired but your body wants a meal and your family wants your company so you need to get up. Oh well, you have to do it – it’s time to have brunch.
But making brunch means that you need to make some food and that is just too much work for you right now. Don’t worry, we’re here to give you a simple and extremely easy recipe that is going to make you want to get up for brunch and eat the whole thing up in seconds. The recipe is incredibly simple since its main ingredients are pretty much eggs, bacon and cheese. Personally, I think that any recipe with these three ingredients combined is almost impossible to come out wrong, but this one goes over the top and it is just amazing. It’s called “The Ultimate Brunch Ring”.
To start it off, you just need to cook your bacon in one frying pan, and then cook your eggs on another frying pan. There’s no real need to go into a lot of detail here, since all you have to do is cook it like you normally do for breakfast: heat up the frying pan, put in some oil and put in the bacon or the eggs (make them separately).

Then, you will need to get some dough (doesn’t need to be the kind you see in the video, it can be whatever floats your boat). When you get the dough, arrange it into triangles on an oven tray and place the bacon on top of it. After the bacon, place the eggs and then top the eggs of with a little more bacon. After the second layer of bacon, put some cheese on it and then wrap up the triangles. The result should be a large ring. After you did this, it’s time for a little more cheese. Sprinkle some cheese on top so that it’ll melt on top of the dough. You can use any type of cheese that melts well and tastes amazing after its melted – something like mozzarella or cheddar.

Next, place it n the oven at 375ºF for around 20 minutes until its properly cooked. As a final step, just place some pieces of tomato and avocado on top to give it a little bit of freshness and a healthy touch. And last but not least, slice it all up into pieces and then just grab them and dig in. Remember that this has a few less than healthy ingredients, so it might be a good idea to work out a little bit after you eat this amazing brunch!
