This video clip presents the ease involved in making homemade doughnuts. It displays the simplicity involved in creating delicious donuts. Do you ever know that you could make doughnuts without having to make use of vegetable oil for frying? Though we never had the opportunity to get a taste of the One Pot Chef’s end product, yet from the look of things it is obvious that he must have created something delicious. The whole procedure starts with pouring one cup of fine flour into a mixing bowl, then adding one-third of a cup of granular sugar, with 3/4 of a teaspoon of baking powder and 3/4 of a teaspoon of baking soda, and then they are all stirred together. Also a half cup of vanilla yogurt is mixed with a fresh raw egg and stirred to combine with one tea spoon of vanilla extract after which, it is added to the powder mixture in the mixing bowl and stirred again to combine and form a messy and sticky substance.
Into the solution were added 250 grams of blueberries and stirred again together. After they were folded together, the sticky mixture was put into each hole of a 12-hole pan doughnut pan. This was then placed into an oven with a heat of about 190OC for about 10 – 12 minutes.
Voila! Here we’ve got our blueberry doughnuts. By the time these doughnuts were retrieved from the oven, it was discovered that the blueberries have exploded and spread all over the doughnuts. Since we never had a chance of tasting them we had to hear from the gourmet – the One Pot Chef himself.
